1balanced: the photo is balanced by it not being un centered and having the solider on one side and the little girl on the other.
2rule of thirds: plays a perfect role in this photo by where the solider and girl are placed
3framing: the solider is framed with help from the garage door lines and railing of the stair case
4simplicity: its pretty much just a picture of a solider possibly walking away from home and the girl entering the house.
5lines: On this one its so so i mean you can see the lines from the house and the stairs but they really arnt that interesting though you can see its a not 2d all with angle in witch its shot.
6merges: well there is a merge in the photo with the white on the little girl and the door, and also with the green of the solider and the bush so i would say this photo does not pass the merging part of the critique
